Processing & Delivery Production Time:

Each item is handcrafted and made-to-order with your provided event date in mind. Standard production time is 2-4 days before shipment.

Shipping & Tracking:

We offer UPS standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak holiday periods.

Delivery Issues:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will assist in locating your package. Please contact us at info@dearlybeeloved.com with any questions or concerns. 

Return & Exchange Policy – No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations within 24 hours of a purchase. Account credit may be offered on a case by case basis. Email us at info@dearlybeeloved.com with any questions.

Order Accuracy:

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, colors, etc.) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors based on information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost on a case by case basis.

Expedited ship costs may be necessary and paid for by the customer if there was damage in transit or upon arrival.

Standard production time is 7-10 days before shipment; however, Dearly Beeloved may extend the ship date for event dates more than a month into the future based on production availability. Customer will be notified of any delays.
