Standard production time is 7-10 days before shipment; however, Dearly Beeloved may extend the ship date for event dates more than a month into the future based on production availability. Shipping & Tracking:

We offer UPS standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak holiday periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost on a case by case basis.

Expedited ship costs may be necessary and paid for by the customer if there was damage in transit or upon arrival.
